With over 20 years of experience in home construction as a licensed warrantied builder on Vancouver Island. Trafalgar Homes builds homes to current BC Building Code standards and is covered by the 2/5/10 warranty. Our company has established a network of experienced sub-trades that are brought into projects as needed.
At Trafalgar Homes’ our experience is an essential part of saving our clients at least 30% when building their new homes. From the moment our clients choose their home design, we know exactly what will be required in skills, building materials, and timeline to complete the home.
What makes us special?
We specialize in practical home construction: cost-effect new homes, carriage houses, and vacation properties that provide comfortable, well-built living spaces without the extra costs that can occur with custom builds.
We do not build prefabricated homes on slabs, our builds are much like any residential home construction built on-site using industry standard materials and to code. All our homes are built onsite, and we can start within as little as 2 – 3 weeks after building permit has been issued.
Our Streamlined Process
The process starts with our clients selecting one of our home designs. From there they can choose their home finish with hardiplank siding, available select colours.
From that point, our team knows excatly which materials and building skills are required for the project. Our expereince construction team is praciticed in assembline this well-designed practical homes.
